Earth Day Celebration a Success!!
Thank you everyone who helped make this celebration a success! The sun came out. We ate, laughed, spoke, planted trees, recycled, exchanged green technology ideas, read poetry and shared a communal message of sustainability. We experienced Earth Day together! United We Believe, Communities Can Change. UWB/CCC.

Final Week!
The final push is here. Hopefully those of you on campus have seen some of the posters and fliers we put up for the celebration. I'm really excited! Thank you everyone for your hard work and effort. This is going to be a great event!
For those of you who are volunteering, there will be two meetings in the library (I'll post the room numbers here and on the board in the library). The first meeting is Tuesday at noon and the second meeting is Wednesday at 1pm. Please try and make one of the meetings.

Promoting the celebration!
First I want to thank everyone from both campuses who have come together in collaboration to make this celebration happen. Melissa and I could not do this without you. The energy is exciting and heartwarming!
Starting next week we will be rolling out promotional and marketing material to maximize our exposure. We want as many volunteers and participants as possible. This includes both campuses and the surrounding community. If everyone pitches in and spreads the word, we will reach a lot of people. This is a great opportunity for everyone to learn, have fun and make valuable connections!
